dc.description.abstract	Рассматриваются проблемы, обусловленные спецификой профессиональной оценки. Обосновывается актуальность изучения точности оценочных суждений как критерия для подбора «хороших» экспертов-оценщиков и определения качества предоставляемой ими информации. Приводится перечень процедур, разработанный для определения точности профессиональной оценки личности. Обсуждаются результаты пилотажного эксперимента. Выделяются причины искажений в экспертных оценках. The present article is concerned with problems determined by the specific of professional evaluation in contrast with everyday evaluation. Relevance of study of evaluative judgment's accuracy as criterion for recruitment of «good» experts-appraisers and for determination of quality of provided information is showed. The list of procedures developed for personality evaluation accuracy is stated. The findings of the pilot study are provided. Distortion causes of expert evaluation are separated.	ru_RU
