dc.description.abstract	Рассматривается нарушение процессов перекисного окисления липидов (ПОЛ), состояние антиоксидантной системы в острый период тяжелой черепно-мозговой травмы (ЧМТ). Исследовано содержание шести категорий липо-пероксидов (гептан- и изопропанол растворимых первичных, вторичных и конечных производных продуктов ПОЛ), уровень аскорбат-индуцированного ПОЛ в плазме крови и ликворе больных с ЧМТ. In the article is examined the disturbance of the lipids peroxidation (POL), the state of antioxidant system in acute period of severe craniocerebral injury. Is investigated the content 6 category of lipoperoxides (heptane- and isopropanolsoluble praimary, secondary and final products of lipid peroxidation), the level of ascorbate-induced POL in plasma and liquor of patient with craniocereberal trauma.	ru_RU
