Процессы цитокин- и нитроксидергическои регуляции при наружном генитальном эндометриозе, ассоциированным с бесплодием

Abstract

Установлено достоверное повышение количества цитокинов (VEGF, EGF и IL-12) и уровня конечных стабильных метаболитов оксида азота в циркуляции у женщин репродуктивного возраста при наличии наружного генитального эндометриоза, ассоциированного с бесплодием. В перитонеальной жидкости установлено трехкратное достоверное увеличение уровня факторов роста (VEGF, EGF) без существенного подъема количества IL-12. Выявлена утрата негативной сильной корреляционной связи между уровнями эпидермального фактора роста в крови и количеством IL-12, характерной для здоровых женщин, и появление корреляционных связей, отсутствующих в физиологических условиях. The positive quantity increase of cytokines (VEGF, EGF и П.-12) and the increase of the resulting stable metabolites of nitrogen oxides in circulation of the blood is ascertained in women of childbearing age and in the presence of the external genital endometriosis associated with infertility is realized. The positive thrice-repeated increase of the level of growth factors (VEGF, EGF) in peritoneal liquid without the considerable upsurge of IL-12 quantity is determined. The loss of the negative significant correlated coherence between the levels of the epidermal growth factor in blood and IL-12 quantity, where the mentioned coherence is typical for healthy women, is displayed, as well as the appearance of correlated coherences which are absent in physiological conditions.
