Содержание молекулярных продуктов перекисного окисления липидов при черепно-мозговой травме в различных биологических средах

Abstract

Целью работы явилось изучение изменения содержания продуктов перекисного окисления липидов в гуморальных средах (кровь, ликвор) у больных в остром периоде тяжелой черепно-мозговой травмы при право- и левополушарной локализации повреждений. Выявлено, что при левополушарной локализации очагов ушиба и гематом тяжелой степени тяжести характерно более значительное повышение уровня продуктов ПОЛ в сыворотке крови и спинно-мозговой жидкости, чем при равополушарной. By the purpose of work was the study of change of the contents of peroxide oxidation of lipids in gumoral mediums (blood, cerebrospinal liquor) at the patients in the sharp period of a heavy cranial trauma at the right and lefthemisphere of localization of damages. It is revealed, that at lefthemisphere of localization of the centers of a bruise and gematomas of heavy degree of weight more significant increase of a level of products a peroxidation of lipids in whey of blood and cerebrospinal liquor is characteristic, than at righthemisphere.
