Resumen:
В статье рассматриваются особенности трансляции национально-культурного колорита, свойственного русским народным сказкам при переводе. Материалом исследования послужили русские народные сказки и их переводы на английский язык. Общий анализ показывает несогласованность русско-английской традиции передачи лингвокультурных компонентов. Цель заключается в выявлении лингвокультурных особенностей при переводе русских народных сказок на
английский язык и изучении наиболее оптимальных способов перевода произведений фольклора с сохранением условных и традиционных языковых особенностей. Также в статье анализируется степень адекватности переводов, рассматривается передача национально-культурного колорита. The article deals with the peculiarities of the national and cultural features in translation of Russian folk tales into English. The research material comprises Russian folk tales and their translations into
English. The general analysis shows the inconsistency of the Russian-English tradition of the transfer of linguistic and cultural components. The aim is to identify the linguistic and cultural features in the translation of Russian folk tales into English and to study the most optimal ways of translating folklore works while preserving conventional and traditional language features. The article also reveals the degree of adequacy of translations, analyzes the transfer of national and cultural color, clarifies the nature and phenomena of cross-cultural asymmetry.
