Влияние иммуномодулятора бестим на клиническое течение посттравматического увеита при проникающих ранениях глазного яблока

Abstract

Изучалось влияние препарата на сроки купирования воспалительных симптомов, динамику остроты зрения в течение первого месяца после ранения, частоту воспалительных осложнений к 1–2 месяцам, исход течения увеита через 1, 2, 3 и 4 месяца после травмы. Установлено, что включение иммуномодулятора бестим в базовое лечение посттравматического увеита улучшало клиническое течение и исходы посттравматического воспаления, о чем свидетельствовало уменьшение к 14-м и 30-м суткам после ранения количества воспалительных симптомов как в группе в целом, так и на одного пациента; малая частота развития к 30-м суткам и 2 месяцам после ранения воспалительных осложнений (сращений зрачка, фиброза стекловидного тела, тракционных отслоек оболочек, субатрофии глазного яблока), а также и развития осложненного, затяжного и хронического течения увеита. Отмечалась высокая частота форменн. We studied the effects of the product in terms of relief of the inflammatory symptoms, the dynamics of visual acuity in the first month after the injury, the frequency of inflammatory complications to 1–2 months, the outcome of the uveitis flow after 1, 2, 3, and 4 months after the injury. It is established that the inclusion of the immunomodulator bestim in basic treatment of post-traumatic uveitis improved the clinical flow and outcome of post-traumatic inflammation, evidenced by the decrease to 14 and 30 days after the injury, the number of inflammatory symptoms as in the group as a whole, and in one patient; low frequency of development to 30 days and 2 months after the injury, inflammatory complications (of adhesions of the pupil, fibrosis of the vitreous body, traction detachments of the membranes, subatrophy of the eyeball), as well as development of complicated, protracted and chronic flow of uveitis. We noted the high frequency of uniform view to the 14 day and recovery through 1, 3, and 4 months after the injury.
