Необходима ли корректировка отдельных положений Конституции Российской Федерации

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема правоприменения положений ч. 6 ст. 76 Конституции РФ во взаимосвязи с требованиями, вытекающими из содержания ч. 2 ст. 4 Конституции РФ. Указываются примеры из судебной практики нашего государства. Выносятся на рассмотрение и исследование важные вопросы, связанные с верховенством Конституции РФ. Выдвигаются выводы по совершенствованию законодательства и прописываются ответы на поставленные вопросы. The problem of law enforcement of provisions of Part 6 of Article 76 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in interrelation with the requirements following from contents of Part 2 of Article 4 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation is considered. The examples from the judicial practice of the Russian state are specified. Important issues related to the supremacy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation are submitted for consideration and study. The conclusions on improvement of the legislation are put forward and answers to the questions posed are given.
