Административно-правовое регулирование принципов государственной инновационной политики в субъектах Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье анализируются законы субъектов Российской Федерации на предмет принципов государственной инновационной политики субъектов Российской Феде-рации. В результате выявляются типичные принципы государственной инновационной политики. Изучение существующих принципов показывает, что они во многом основываются на административно-правовых методах регулирования, что объясняется организационно-управленческой направленностью принципов государственной инновационной политики. В заключении формулируется вывод о необходимости унификации принципов государственной инновационной политики. The article analyzes the laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation regarding the principles of state innovation policy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. As a result, the typical principles of state innovation policy are revealed. The study of existing principles shows that they are largely based on administrative and legal methods of regulation, which is explained by the organizational and managerial orientation of the principles of state innovation policy. As a result the conclusion is formulated about the need to unify the principles of state innovation policy.
