dc.description.abstract	В статье на примере Челябинского тракторного завода и Челябинского электролитного цинкового завода рассматривается влияние социалистического соревнования на мотивацию труда работников. Автор приходит к выводу, о том, что стимулы, представлявшиеся участникам соревнования, были недостаточны, а отношение к нему было формальным на всех уровнях. The article examines the influence of socialist competition on the motivation of workers using the example of the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant and the Chelyabinsk Electrolytic-Zinc Plant. The author concludes that the incentives presented to the participants in the competition were insufficient, and the attitude towards him was formal at all levels.	ru_RU
