dc.description.abstract	В данной статье рассматриваются предмет преступления и предмет доказывания по уголовным делам о невыплате заработной платы, пенсий, стипендий, пособий и иных выплат, предусмотренным ст. 145.1 УК РФ. Предмет преступления и предмет доказывания не совпадают, в частности по своему содержанию предмет преступления уже предмета доказывания, указанные понятия соотносятся как часть и целое. Определены предмет и пределы доказывания по уголовным делам о невыплате заработной платы, пенсий, стипендий, пособий и иных выплат, а также документы, необходимые для определения предмета доказывания и пределов доказывания для данной категории дел. This article deals with the subject of the crime and the subject of proof in criminal cases of non-payment of wages, pensions, scholarships, allowances and other payments provided for in Art. 145.1 of the RF Criminal Code. The subject of the crime and the subject of proof do not coincide, in particular, in its content, the subject of a crime is already the subject of proof, the concepts referred to are correlated as part and whole. The subject and limits of proof in criminal cases on non-payment of wages, pensions, scholarships, allowances and other payments have been determined, as well as documents necessary for determining the subject of evidence and the limits of proof for this category of cases.	ru_RU
