dc.description.abstract	Показано антитерапевтическое значение приобретённого опыта жизни с генерализованным тревожным расстройством (ГТР). Этот опыт получил название анксиопатии и был рассмотрен в качестве одной из причин хронического течения ГТР, влияющей на эффективность терапии расстройства. The cause of chronicity in GAD stays incompletely investigated. Thus, some aspects of disorder have large anti-therapeutic influence. The investigation of anti-therapeutic motivation in 204 GAD patients (62,7 % female, mean age 35,2+11,5 years) was held. CIDI-based inventory, Ch. Spielberger and DV Sheehan anxiety scales, K. Leonhard and SR Pantileev self-inventories were used. Self-destructive, antitherapeutic motivation, named as "anxiopathia", in GAD patients was found. Ch. Spielberger's state anxiety as an anxiopathia marker was shown.	ru_RU
