Abstract:
Роль HLA-системы в процессах имплантации и отторжения эмбриона продолжает
активно исследоваться. При сравнительном анализе распространенности антигенов
HLA в изучаемой группе и контрольной получено достоверное повышение частоты определенных аллелей, что свидетельствует о роли этих аллелей в формировании иммунного ответа при имплантации и сохранении беременности. The role of the HLA-system in the process of implantation
and rejection of the embryocontinues to be
actively explored. Comparative analysis of the prevalence
of HLA antigens in the study group andcontrol
group, received a significant increase in the frequency
of certain alleles, indicating a role for these alleles in
the formation of an immune response after implantation
and maintaining pregnancy.
